We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for medicines e.g., Sildenafil, Tadalafil) once they have been dispensed

Non-Prescription Products

Unopened, unused non-prescription products (e.g., supplements or home test kits) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
• In original, sealed packaging
• In resaleable condition

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return.
