Due to the nature of the products we supply, including prescription medications and health supplements, our return and refund policy is subject to strict regulatory and safety guidelines.
Prescription Medications
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prescription products (e.g., Sildenafil, Tadalafil) once they have been dispensed, except in the following cases:
• The product arrived damaged or incorrect
• There was a dispensing error
• The product was faulty or out of date upon delivery
To report an issue, please email support@menshealthdirect.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo if applicable.
Non-Prescription Products
Unopened, unused non-prescription products (e.g., supplements or home test kits) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
• In original, sealed packaging
• In resaleable condition
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return.
